The Search for Modern Indianos

Laviana Partners is a high-latitude firm. Open positions are designed for individuals who possess a “frontier” mindset – the ability to navigate unfamiliar legal landscapes with technical rigour and a calm hand.

In the Nalón Valley, the Indiano represented the mastery of capital flow between distant horizons. Today, we apply that same spirit to the corridor between Madrid and Singapore.

The Laviana Partners culture is shaped by a set of working principles:

Technical Precision

Treating research and structuring as a craft.

Fiduciary Loyalty

Protecting client capital with the responsibility of a steward.

Intellectual Agility

Pivoting between Spanish civil law and Singaporean common law without losing momentum.

Individuals are expected to operate with accountability and precision across all engagements.
